Description Peace begins with two feet, starting at the DMZ.
Long remembered only for barbed wire and boundary lines, the 2026 DMZ Peace Walk invites participants to walk these paths with their own feet and experience, firsthand, the possibility of coexistence rather than confrontation.
As you walk, the nature and history unfolding beneath your steps quietly ask usβwhat is peace, and what does coexistence look like?
Over the course of 6 nights and 7 days (or 12 nights and 13 days), nature, history, and people become one. Your single step becomes part of the landscape of peace.
