Application Notes
β€’
Participants are selected based on their application content, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
β€’
Selected applicants will be notified separately via text message.
β€’
The program includes walking of more than an average of 10 km per day. Please carefully check your personal health status and ability to participate before applying.
β€’
Attendance at the online orientation is mandatory. Failure to attend may limit participation in the program.
β€’
Because the program visits areas that are normally difficult to access (civilian control zones, military unit jurisdictions, etc.), participant lists are finalized more quickly than for other events. Once a place is confirmed, it is difficult to offer that spot to another person if you cancel, so please check the schedule thoroughly before applying.Β
β€’
Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for event promotion, social media, and press materials; by applying, you are deemed to agree to the collection/use of personal data and use of portrait rights.Β
β€’
Detailed schedule, meeting points, and packing lists will be provided after confirmation of participation.
β€’
The program includes group living; please be considerate and cooperative with other participants.Β
β€’
Accommodation and meals may be adjusted depending on local conditions in the border area.
β€’
If you are not selected, you may reapply for another session.Β
β€’
Cancellation and Refund Policy (applies to those who have been selected and paid)
